We also ask our clients at the time of the photo session if their proofs can be placed in the public or private folder. 

We expect photographers  to do the same if they are going to use our site to display their proofs.

We also expect  photographers to assure their clients rights to privacy. 

All proofs displayed by 10eproductions have a signed model release. or a written / verbal verbal permission, for display.  

While we asks and expect other photographers to load images that they have rights for.  We cannot be held responsible for images that do not have rights to be sold.  If you suspect that a photographer is not following our privacy policy , please contact us about it.
